Early arrivals or late departures will be considered pending other reservations. Subject to $5. per hr.

*** No smoking in any rental

*** Holiday Weekends – 3 night min. Add $8.00 per night

*** Weekly rental – No Saturday to Saturday

*** Must bring your own bed linens, pillows and towels.

*** Optional Bed Package available per request @ $10.00 per bed. (consist of sheets, pillows, blanket)

*** Reservation Policy: Credit Card required with 50% deposit. Your Credit Card will be charged for any theft, damage or excessive cleaning at prevailing rate including material cost at owners discretion. You will be notified via email of any charges.

*** Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $30.00 cancellation Fee.

28 days notice to receive deposit refunded minus the cancellation fee.

Less than 28 days notice – No Deposit Refund

No Call or No Show For All Reservations – Your rental will be held until 9:00 am the next morning following your scheduled reservation. If you do not arrive or have not called and canceled your credit card will be charged your remaining balance due. No refunds for early departure for any reason.

***Day Visitor – (A person who is not registered when a scheduled camper checks in.)

All Visitors must register at the office upon arrival and pay the visitors fee.

Anyone on property who is not registered is considering trespassing and will be asked to leave immediately.

Cabin # 1 - OverLook Cabin

OverLook Cabin - (sleeps up to 12 Max.)

No Pets – 2 night Minimum

Rate based on up to 6 adults – plus children under 17 yrs. Additional adult /$10. per night

Peak Season – 2 nights = $400.

Each additional night add $140.+ 11% tax.

Non- Peak Season - 2 nights = $375.

Each additional night add $115.+ 11% tax.

This cabin has stairs to go up so plan accordingly. 2nd floor.

Air Conditioned and Free limited Wi-Fi (no streaming)
Kitchen – w/sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, plates, utensils, pots & pans.
Living Room – w/couches, chairs, flat screen TV w/cable.
Restroom – w/toilet, sink & shower

Bedrooms – 4 separate bedrooms. Each one having a double & twin bed.
Balcony – overlooking the campground w/ gas grill, tables and chairs.
Fire Ring Provided down below.

Cabin # 2 - DeerLick Cabin

DeerLick Cabin - (sleeps up to 5 Max) -

2 night minimum

*Rate based upon 2 Adults & up to 3 children under 17 yrs. Or 3 Adults.

Additional Adult - $10. per night

*Pet Friendly with additional cost of $8. per night /per dog – 2 dogs Max.

Peak Season - 2 nights = $240. + 11% tax

Each additional night add $95.

Non–Peak - 2 nights = $215. + 11% tax

each additional night add $90.

One big bedroom with 1 double bunk w/ twin on top and 1 set of twin bunks
Restroom w/ toilet & shower.
Couch, table & chairs. Flat screen TV w/ cable.
Split unit with air/heat

Kitchenette - Stove, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, skillets, kettles & a few utensils.

Picnic table & fire ring provided.

Cabin #3 - Hillside Cabin

Hillside Cabin – (sleeps up to 6 max) 2 night minimum

Rate is based on 2 adults and up to 3 children under 17 yrs.

or 3 Adults. Additional Adult $10. per night

Pet Friendly with additional cost of $8. per night per dog.2 Dogs Max.

Peak Season – 2 Nights = $260.+ 11% tax.

Each additional night add $110.

Non - Peak - 2 Nights = $235 + 11% tax.

Each additional night add $100.

Kitchenette - w/ stove top, microwave, refrigerator, sink, plates, cups, pots & pans, toaster, utensils and coffee maker.
Restroom with shower.
2 Bedrooms - with each having a bunk bed with a Full size mattress on bottom and a twin on top.
